What's your opening fingerprint?
Type any Lichess username. We read the last 100 rated games and show the player's style archetype, favourite openings with each colour, their best weapon and their Achilles' heel: the line where they score worst. Then share the card with your club.

01Your style archetype
Attacker, Grinder, Fortress, Chameleon… based on how your games are won and lost.
02Best weapon & weak spot
The opening where you score best, and the one opponents should aim for.
03A card to share
Every fingerprint has its own link and preview image. Post it in your club chat and compare.
Which archetypes are there?
- The Attacker: You win fast and early. Opponents who survive the opening have a chance.
- The Grinder: You score best in long games. Every endgame is a chance to squeeze.
- The Fortress: Hard to beat: lots of draws and few quick losses.
- The Chameleon: A wide repertoire that's hard to prepare for.
- The Strategist: Quiet, flexible openings and a long-term plan.
- The Clock Gambler: You play fast, sometimes too fast: plenty of losses on time.
- The Loyalist: The same first move almost every game. Predictable, but well practised.
- The Practical Player: A balanced player with no obvious tells. Until you look closer.
